April 30, 2014 - Consumed over 2 days (vacuvined), note from day 2. Nose: Medium expressiveness, pineapple, pear, greean apple, and lemon zest. Palate: Medium bodied, slightly creamy mouth-feel, canned fruit juice flavors on the attack, nice acidic presence mid-palate provides a nice lift, simple - but smooth and clean from front to back. Finish: Medium length sense of tangy tropical fruit.

My first Pecorino which was obtained via a local retailer wine club. I must admit this was a pleasant surprise for $18, kind of drinks like a Chardonney/Sauv Blanc blend with the back-bone of Chardonney and the zestiness of Sauv Blanc.
