March 12, 2017 - With sautéed scallops, rice, asparagus.
    Peach, grapefruit, and pineapple nose.
Yellow/gold to the eye, with some depth.
Vanilla, peach, and apple on the palate. Dry, but it almost feels sweet. Mild acid. Medium length.
    Perhaps started on its down-slope.

July 23, 2014 - White peach, green apple, honeysuckle and minerality on the nose. Flavors of pineapple, melon and honey with mild acidity. Creamy, almost syrupy mouthfeel. Medium finish. Very enjoyable wine. Paired well with seared scallops with herb butter sauce.
