September 11, 2022 - Magic! At peak for my liking. Tannins are silky and well integrated. Primary fruit is still there but has given way for the more tertiary aromas of rose petals, rosehip, mushrooms. Beautiful.

November 7, 2021 - An excellent, midlife Barolo that has depth, balance and flavor. Not sure when Scavino eschewed their modernist practices but this tasted rather traditional. Very good.
