September 8, 2013 - The nose is very expressive ripe cherries and red berries, leather, smoke and herbs. Quite round, sweet and balanced on the palate, well integrated tannins and good but maybe slightly angular acidity towards the finish. One of my "value favourites", really well made.

April 22, 2013 - An excellent weekday wine, very dark in colour, nice nose with ripe fruit, leather and herbs. The palate is spicy, has red fruit aromas and good acidity that leads to a med long finish. Still excellent QPR.
