February 11, 2024 - Purchased from Winebid a few years ago. Fill was very good still, well into the neck. Label was worn from damp cellar presumably. Cork came out without any issue. To my shock, the wine was a beautiful ruby red, fully intact, really no bricking, wonderful earthy tones of a fully mature Bordeaux. Tasted alongside the 2002. Nothing makes me happier than when these older bottles hit.

November 7, 2015 - The cork on this was soaked. It cracked in half. Wine had seeped out. I thought it was a goner as soon as I saw it but no, it was still in fairly good shape. Lots of iron and blood notes. Went great with morcilla and onions.

August 10, 2011 - Quite remarkable. Red fruit, smooth tannins, simply incredible.
