September 6, 2021 - Way too advanced in this bottle. Shame!

November 10, 2018 - This is a Chablis that is right in the zone. Full, intense nose of green apple with ocean breeze, saline and citrus notes. Medium concentration of fruit with racy acidity. More of that classic Chablis flavor profile.

October 4, 2017 - Darker gold with green tinge in color...honey drizzled green apples, crushed oyster shells, dried peach, lime blossom nose. Pretty substantial weight(GC weight), and deeper darker than would expect at age 7? Well oaked? Yet, very youthful and still quite shy, monolithic like a huge rock mountain! LOVE the minerality in this...saline oyster shell with a little sea funk...crushed chalky granite that adds to the density...reminds me of a Cotat Sancerre! Plenty of waxy pitted fruits, and bright lemon squeeze citrus. I really like this Chablis, but seems to be built for the VERY long haul. I'll bet this could go 30+yrs? Intrigued to taste a Duplessis Chablis with some serious age! +pts

January 15, 2016 - A good chablis, but nothing more, some anonymous, some hard, but probably too young to drink now and will probably open up, become softer, rounder, more terroir and ripe fruit if you bother to wait 4-5 years, the most anonymous from Duplessis out of 3 wines from 2010 that were tested the same evening

July 5, 2014 - Chilled and served. A bit fleshier than I expected as well as a bit of barrel funk. Still, it had good minerally tons and nice acidity. Very easy to drink. Priced a bit higher than I'd have preferred, but other wines from this producer have been fantastic.
