Dag 1 zure witbuikkers, dag 2 donkerder fruit, zwarte kersen, bloedappelsien, rozemarijn.
Wat op dag 1 rechtlijning en oninteressant leek is op einde dag 2 opengebloeid tot een mooie, frisse wijn met veel componenten. Zure rode kers in aanzet, zwart fruit komt op middenstuk, hoge zuren als ruggengraat, fijne en tikje groene tannines op het einde. Mooie Sangiovese typiciteit.
In de lange afdonk zwart en zuur rood fruit, wat etherisch, kleine bittertjes van cacao en donkere chocolade.
