April 14, 2013 - High alcohol on the nose giving it a Mentol character. When this intergrates with the Oak it smells like pine. Plum and blackberry. Light bodied. Medium to high acidty. On the pallatte Light red fruits. Strawberries and tart cherries. Nice mellow, gently dissapating finish. Should be drank with food and not alone because it doesn't have enough strength to stand alone.
