August 12, 2015 - Citrus, mineral nose. Lemon, medium acid middle. Not complex Lacks depth but pretty good village wine.

June 21, 2014 - WSET Level 3 Session 3 (WSET): Appearance is clear, pale intensity, lemon colour. Legs.
Nose is clean, medium intensity, with aromas of light flinty limestone minerality, and citrus fruit - lemon and lime. Youthful.
On the palate, dry, medium acidity, medium alcohol, medium- body. Medium- flavor intensity, with flavours of lemon, lime, and slight chalky flinty minerality. Medium- finish.
Acceptable quality Village level Chablis. Not enough acidity and minerality could be better. Drink now. Not suitable for further ageing. -

February 9, 2014 - Monthly Tasting Group: Cote de Beaune (The Lynn on Bryant, Mpls, MN): Drank 1 glass over 20 minutes. Grapefruit, citrus, light, seemed a bit flabby, and listless.
