December 31, 2014 - NYE bubbly no. 1. Budget purchase, and we got basically what we paid for. Nose and palate had some basic biscuit quality and apple/pear quality on the nose and palate. Finish had a slightly off-putting burnt rubber quality. Bubbles were pleasant and finely sized. Good pairing with crab dip and decent enough with stuffed olives. "Good," 83/100.

August 16, 2014 - Lots of Granny Smith and citrus acidity. Well balanced and dry. Nice bubbly for price.
