Community Tasting Notes 10

September 24, 2023 - Softened up nicely since my last bottle. Stil has a austere spine, but there’s a nice mix of blue and red fruits with hints of cedar and leather notes. Enough structure and fruit to age a bit longer but in a good spot now.
On night 2 still showed some austerity but can franc notes came out adding and herbal lift and complexity on the nose and palate. I enjoyed this quite a bit. Bumped to 90.

Luftet 3 timer, men fortsat lidt kradsbørstig. Absolut et godt glas vin, men jeg vil gemme mine flasker 3-5 år endnu.

October 24, 2020 - Flowers in the nose. Elderberries, elderflower, berries and tannins in the end. Right age to the Young side. Would say drinkable till 2024. But definitely perfect now.
Drank with wild boar leg, potato slices in the oven and red wine sauce. Nice match.
    However, won’t buy again.

November 8, 2017 - Den Blinde Hane #10 (Hos Malene&Lars): Dark red, red rim, 6. Fruity black currant bouquet. Racy palate, tannin dark fruits, long finish. Drink 2021-2025. Leif
