October 5, 2022 - Pale yellow. Smelled crisp red apple peel (this was very direct and identifiable), thyme, wet rocks, floral, and some vague refined petroleum; tasted rose petals, apricot, and herbs. At this age everything melds nicely in a balance that takes some time to tease into individual notes, with a round and full but not flabby mouthfeel. The finish is medium long and savory.

September 2, 2022 - Very light on its feet. Ginger and rose petal on the nose. Honey, apricot, apple, slight tropical vibes on the finish and just a touch of astringency.

October 22, 2019 - Sweet spots here (not sweet as such), creamy. rich - and bone dry, of course - it becomes the wine, it is a point. Citrus, bit of herbs, ginger, intense, yet light on it's feet.
