    June 28, 2022 - Consists of 50% Pinot Meunier, 30% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Noir.

Med+ Intensity, cultured cream, nutty oxidative, almond, toast, peach, apricot, slight grassy/green notes, cedar, baking spices, sour apple. Delicate mousse, high acid, med+ finish, med alcohol, med body, dry.

Doesn't taste that dry, slight tinge of sweetness. Winemaker says 7-8g Dosage. A more oxidative style of Champagne, good fruit flavor, solid structure with good backing of acid. 89-90 pts

April 8, 2021 - P/well chilled. Light straw color. Delicious stuff, better than price point. Super clean, soft but tart, easy drinking but not at all flat or flabby. Super nice integration and balance. Wish I had more. Nothing off.

October 10, 2020 - Dense fruit aroma. Ripe pear, a touch of sweetness balanced out the mild acidity. Medium bodied, lingering finish. Very well rounded on the palate. Has the taste and body of a Champagne with long maturation. Accompanies food well with the deeper flavours.

October 2, 2019 - Crisp Apple. Lingering Bready finish. Served it chilled. Got better and better as it warmed up. Really enjoyed this bottle!

August 1, 2018 - 40% Pinot noir, 30%chard, 30% meunière - yeasty nose, very autolytic on nose and palette. No dosage. Epernay founded in 1929. 2 yrs on the lees. Almond nose. Very pretty. Comes in half bottles.
