September 9, 2023 - Ready. Soft tannins, little sediment. Was just amazing with steak, but fruity enough to provide lots of pleasure without food.

March 25, 2023 - We enjoyed this SuperT alone and it was a nice quaff to enjoy conversation over. But that does not mean that it would not have paired well with a nice steak. The tannins have matured to medium low which allowed for the dusty dark fruit and spice laden mouthful to be most agreeable. Drink up if you have any left.

December 31, 2022 - Strong tar/menthol on the nose. Not as silky as I remember my previous bottle

September 5, 2022 - A little heat on the nose. Medium to full body. Very little sediment in the bottle. Still slightly tannic, but the structure is nice. Flavors of dark plum and dark cherry. Nice finish.

August 14, 2022 - Shared with Erica and Jim. Cherry, Plum, very fruit forward with a very enjoyable acidity. This has legs to go for a while but is still great right now.
