  April 19, 2023 - Jura study (Chicago, IL): Very much reduced, but very much not reduced as far as Tissot is concerned. A distinct burnt matchstick on the nose. Enamel-stripping acidity, made more distinctive by a relatively lack of weight to the fruit. But this is bright and minerally, and in that way, it's pretty nice. I just wish the reduction was dialled down.

  February 2, 2018 - Drank this with pasta with chili, peanuts, coconut, chicken and tomato. Good pairing, brings up the chili and peanut flavour. On its own a bit acidic. Wood tones dominant unless served very cold.

  November 12, 2014 - This wine was not oxidized! Very similar to a Chablis. Definitely will purchase more.

  November 2, 2014 - Straw gold, bright, clear. Looks like it's got malo, some slight oxidation, but no, none of either. Starts slowly, with minerals and freshly cut apples. The palate, too, is waiting for this to warm up some. Light-medium bodied, very crisp, bone dry. As it warms toward room temp, notes of honey, ginseng tea, beeswax, lanolin, apple pie spice. The acids could be a bit much for some, but it's nicely in my wheelhouse. 13,5% abv., thru 2018. recommended
