December 5, 2020 - darker and more fruit in style; lively red fruited with some alcohol heat on the nose; heavier body; dark chocolate covered cherry notes and has started to develop tertiary balsamic earthiness; would have liked a bit more acidity to counter the body and alcohol (14.5%). decanted for about an hour. paired OK with pasta pomodoro.

January 15, 2017 - Ora è in una fase di beva favolosa, limpido e luminoso, floreale su rimandi di viola, foglia di the e rosolio. La bocca è lunga, succosa, molto fresca e dai tannini dolci.

February 14, 2016 - Cherry, lot of cherry both at the nose and in the mouth, than acidity and tannins, with good persistence. Good that I have another bottle since it surely needs few more years to be at his best.

March 11, 2014 - Rubino luminoso limpido, naso compresso con note di frutta rossa sotto spirito, spezie dolci, etereo e terroso, bocca succulenta, tannino fitto, fresco, fruttato nel finale con ritorni di goudron leggero. Piaciuto, va aspettato.
