April 19, 2024 - Dark purple Tobacco, leather hints of vanilla, black fruit Ripe black plum, blackberries, and some pepper Full-bodied, rich and smooth texture, medium high acidity, fine tannins, dry and rich

December 31, 2023 - A big Bordeaux wine. Had it over 2 days and it was better day1. Mayby will aproved with more ageing but I think its in a great place now. More delicate than powerful. We have it to filé of reindeer and its a very good match.

July 17, 2023 - Pronounced nose intensity with notes of black fruits, cassis, vanilla, toast, spices. Medium+ acidity and medium+ tannin. Long finish. Full bodied. Already entering its drinking window. Will improve with aging.
