August 26, 2017 - Very dry with a slightly sour finish and just a hint of oakiness

  • Dagalaifus Likes this wine: 88 points

August 31, 2013 - In the glass, the wine is light straw with a nose of pear and green apple. On the palate, light to medium - bodied with the same pear, green apple, and wet stones. Has an extraordinarily long and tart finish. This is a perfect pairing with oysters, but this bone dry wine is not for imbibers whose tastes run to fruity, creamy, toasty or buttery whites.

July 6, 2013 - White peach on the nose, apricot, and minerals. This is very dry, with sour orchard fruit on a drying finish.
