Community Tasting Notes 4

April 10, 2016 - This needs air, but after an hour this has a lovey gravelly, dry-dirt tang going on that really tastes of the soil. Punchy, tart cherries and red fruit at first but over time these ease off and what is left is like dusty, dry juice of soil.
Left over night and this is actually much better the next day - decent value at £16 and has the legs to age a bit.

February 22, 2015 - A layer of pure, naturally sweet fruit gradually emerges from beneath a veil of fresh acidity....

June 24, 2014 - light cherry red, lots of clarity, silvery hue
Nose: cherry, pepper, smoke, orange rind, bay leaf, vanilla, leather, rustic
Pal: cherry, pepper, smoke, orange rind, bay leaf, vanilla, leather, rustic
    Feel: medium, savory
    Finish: medium/long
    TC7 (could be an 8)

April 27, 2013 - Dusty nose. Red fruit of reasonable concentration plus graphite and a little black pepper on the palate.
