Community Tasting Notes 2

    December 24, 2016 - 2 hour decant...
The wine looks purple colored. The legs are medium. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like red currant, strawberry jam and chocolate. It tastes like red currant, plum, cherry, light toast, smokey bacon and chocolate. The body is medium/full. The wine has round texture. The wine finishes long. The wine has medium acidity.

February 10, 2015 - Took about an hour to open up and then it was just lovely. Round and luscious in the mouth, with strong notes of smooth dark chocolate. Very enjoyable and sad this was my last bottle.
