April 29, 2013 - Distinctive and complex, this appears like a hypothetical cross of Poulsard, Cab Franc and Gamay, brimming with stewed red fruit, spice, cedar, and tobacco aromas. Medium bodied, juicy and nicely delineated with ripe tannins and medium to medium+ acid providing a stage for red fruit, cedar and spice flavors.
