August 25, 2020 - August 2020, Drinking well, needed a little time in the glass to open up. Integrated tannins and blackberry fruit . No rush to drink remaining bottles.

February 28, 2020 - Still going strong. 2012 will go another 5 years, maybe more, properly cellared.

June 29, 2019 - The years in the cellar have been well worth it. That being said, over 1 hour in the decanter isn’t quite enough to let the wine open up.

There is minimal bouquet, but the wine is med/full bodied and is quite dense in colour.

As usual, the last glass showed signs of opening up and it is a very decent wine - well worth the $25 paid all those years ago.

Noting that this was from an exceptional vintage ‘12) I might buy this in the future and would suggest keeping it for 2-5 yrs longer.

October 16, 2018 - A nose of dark fruit and spices, dark purple in color. A medium to full bodied red, with blueberry, blackberry, Asian spices on finish, was very good. www.winelx.com
