January 9, 2021 - Impressed with this bottle. Very approachable even with 10+ years on it. You can tell she is getting a bit tired, but the fruit is still present, vibrant acidity, and the tannins are well tamed. It did not present too hot even at 15.2 abv. Well done. 91.

August 30, 2018 - We really enjoyed this. It is bright, fruity, and new world like but its also balanced and delicious. I'd be interested in trying this wine with at least 10 years of age. Or more.

September 20, 2014 - Well-incorporated tannins lead the way for rich fruit. Improved over 2009 vintage.

November 25, 2013 - PMcCullough: nice dark ruby red color; nice blend of Merlot, Cab, Malbec, petite Verdot, and Cab Franc. Good fruit on the front; overly oaked on the back side.

Cedary on the nose with some hints of fruit. Flashes of red fruit pass a bit quickly on the palate and there is some residual astringency but overall the mouth-feel is decent. Kind of a "kitchen-sink" blend but at the $16-17 price point its a fair deal
