April 13, 2013 - Tissot Jura Tasting: Served blind. This seemed very Hunter Valley-esque, with leather, earth and some tobacco, there was also a capsicum note that pointed us to another region. Holding up well on the palate, there is medium depth to the fruit and it has medium length. Drink now.
