March 31, 2022 - Dinner at 312 Fish Market (Chicago, IL): #04-13, 9% abv. I drank a bunch of these when it was released, to prevent myself from drinking the other bottlings, but it has been a long time since I've come across a bottle of this. Honestly, I don't think this has changed all that much from then. It's surprisingly taut and lean, with a feinherb-level amount of sweetness. Super zippy and easy to drink, even if it isn't too complex.

June 16, 2020 - This is really delicious after a little air- grapefruit, lychee, quinine. The screwcap appears to work better than some expected for medium-term aging.

April 21, 2018 - De couleur jaune paille, parait bien jeune malgré ses 6 ans! Idem aux 2 dernières bouteilles. Excellent Riesling, vif, net, équilibré et assez long. Fort bon!
