Community Tasting Notes 1

October 18, 2013 - Aromatics of Muscat and lemon zest. Easy-drinking yet a little harsh, with notes of grapefruit from the Sauvignon Blanc and slight sweetness from the Viognier; finishes with green pepper and melon. Was too much for fish; would probably pair well with crab and butter, or even with a tenderized piece of steak.
