September 24, 2014 - Great nose. Bramble fruit and leather. Flavors are mouth filling. Firm mid palate tannins. Great fruit with a bit of asparagus on the finish. Screams for food. I'd say game or pasta with a red sauce.

January 28, 2012 - 2012 ZAP-time to prepare for the 25th ZAP Event. Nose of ripe, dark fruit, sage, and spice, more of the same on the palate, tight, tasty, touch bitter on the finish.
