  October 11, 2016 - Remarkable wine. Popped and poured and in a matter of moments truly opened up and was amazing. Hewitt is awesome! Met with wine making team last week, they have something special.

  March 17, 2016 - Decanted for 2+ hours. Still a big wine with lots of flavors ready to emerge (dark fruit, pepper, cherry, tobacco). Still needs another 5+ years for those flavors to balance. Tannins still over power other flavors but are beginning to soften.

  November 1, 2015 - Signature Rutherford fruit. Winemaker Tom Rinaldi marked certain barrels with a ++ to make sure he captured best of best. Deep dark purple with a smoky, dusty nose. Fully integrated. Dark fruits up front and plush tannins. Drinking well. Enjoy.

  November 30, 2014 - Popped..Poured..Fantastic. Great nose, finish and color. Pure Hewitt. This is a great vintage and is ready to go. Could not imagine a need to wait on these. Third, we all truly enjoyed.
