February 22, 2019 - Consistent with my previous note, but some additional pepper on the palate that did not appear in my note from last year.

May 11, 2018 - Complex, interesting, and enjoyable. Aroma of cherry, vanilla, and forest floor. Flavors of tart cherry, cocoa, some coffee, leather, and a touch of tar. Started drinking the wine after a 45 minute decant, but it was definitely better at 1.5 hours (May 2018).

December 27, 2014 - Deep purple color. Dark fruit, cassis, and smoke nose and palate. Drinking well now.
