September 24, 2018 - P&P from magnum on the first autumnal evening of the year, with roast chicken & all the trimmings. Very pale colour, translucent. Next to no nose, but lovely aged mellifluous palate, warming & soothing in true good-for-the-soul Burgundy fashion. Mushrooms & angel's tears. No show stopper but exactly what I had hoped for.

September 11, 2015 - Finally well over the hill, the fruit has disappeared, leaving this wine in its sour late age. That might be OK if other flavors were there but, alas, they are not.
