December 5, 2020 - PNP into 薄はり葡萄酒器 (“No” day): Medium golden to the eyes.
Very high minerality in the first round (may be also a little petillance?), very suave, detailed golden citrus fruits yellow florals here.
This is arguably more straightforward than the Kupfergrube tasted alongside but a great clean and linear finish.
