Had a real richness to it
Ripe black fruit
Smooth tannins
Hints of coca cola!

October 11, 2015 - The wine was medium ruby in colour and offered red fruit, cherry, blackberry, apple, coffee, chocolate, spices, vanilla and loam on the nose. On the palate the wine showed red fruit, cherry, blackberry, chocolate, spices, black pepper, liquorice, vanilla and earth, with fresh, medium to medium-plus acidity, round, medium-level tannin and very good length. The medium-bodied wine was balanced and drank well. It adapted well to a wide range of food, including Asian food. Would buy again.

May 3, 2014 - Island Life Tasting (Prince Wine Store - Bank Street): An aromatic and floral nose with underbrush to balance it and an earthy mouthfeel and a chocolatey finish.
