  October 3, 2015 - Week in wine country; 9/26/2015-10/3/2015 (Napa Valley): Velvety texture with still big chewy tannins. Plums and chocolate jumping off the wine. I think this will age nicely for another 5-10 years, but is beautiful now.

  June 12, 2014 - Loved this. This is definitely California and made in an approachable but refined and complex fashion. Nice velvety texture and smooth rich tannins. This has aged nicely and I would not hesitate to drink this now. I think it could cellar for another decade as well if you want but the fruit is singing and I didn't even decant simply let it warm up from cellar temp and poured. After the taste I didn't want to decant and lose anything.

  May 18, 2014 - This was very tasty full bodied red: first time enjoying their Malbec. Get it from vineyard if you can. I have not seen it sold commercially.
