  October 12, 2014 - Tra i migliori Lambruschi di Sorbara bevuto ultimamente.
  Colore rubino tenue molto scarico, quasi cerasuolo. Bolla fine ed assai persistente per un Lambrusco. Profumi floreali fini ed intensi (rose, violette) e poi piccoli frutti rossi autunnali (ribes, melograno). Bocca sapida e minerale, molto scorrevole.
  Vinificato con rifermentazione naturale in bottiglia da lieviti indigeni.
  Molto buono, prezzo onesto (8,3 euro)

  December 7, 2013 - Odd spicy minerality of aroma... almost smells like BO. More funk on the palate, but really great exuberance and intensity of flavors with a grittiness of the bubbles keeping this very interesting. Lovely vibrant fruit on the finish. Start and spice lingers. Really yummy.
