March 29, 2024 - We have two bottles of this Peju Rose and are drinking one 5 years past the drink by date. The wine is light to medium red in color and has aromas of strawberry and black pepper. It is dry with low acid and has a soft tart and fruity profile. The wine may have age out of its distinctive flavor profile, but is still pleasant to drink.

August 31, 2015 - Had in the cellar for 1 month and it was leaking. Otherwise, We are not blend people. This was one of the best we have had. Fruity but strong. Great with hearty fish.
The wine looks ruby colored. The legs are slow. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like apple, cranberry and forest floor. It tastes like apple, cranberry and black pepper. The body is light/medium. The wine has juicy texture. The wine finishes long. The wine has low acidity. -
