  February 24, 2011 - Creamy, nuanced, textured Sauternes. Gorgeous deep amber colour, with a ton of different notes on the nose: honeycomb, smoke, burnt sugar, and some vegetal (celery?) undertones. Lush and pure on the palate, showing vanilla, honey and botrytis flavours and quiet acidity that peaks on the finish. Definitely makes me want to get more exposure to Sauternes.

  January 7, 2007 - Deep golden color. Drunk 20 mins. after removing bottle from fridge. Great smells of honey, nectar, apricot and lychee. Syrupy on the palate with flavors of honey, lychee and apricot. Little acidity, leaving it a bit unbalanced compared with the great Sauternes.
