Community Tasting Notes 3

May 19, 2007 - Golded in color. Relatively light-bodied with notes of grapefruit, citrus, mainerals, and lanolin. Not as full-bodied or vibrant as the past bottle or more recent vintages.

May 3, 2006 - Nose of tropical fruit. On the palate it exhibited grapefruit and a though of minerals. This wine was very temperature sensative - a little too cold and it did not reveal much; a little too warm and it picked a bitterness and harshness. When at the right temperature, it was very enjoyable but not particularily memorable.

March 8, 2005 - Delicate lentil and grapefruit flavors. Was great with cauliflower soup.
