December 19, 2020 - Carbonation issue negligible compared to 2014 . Fruit mostly gone leaving graphite and some raspberry flavours. Enjoyed with pasta and garlic bread.

March 19, 2017 - High in acidity, with a dry and earthy finish. A light-medium body, this Classico carries notes of tart cherries, figs, dried tobacco and is quite earthy and vegetative. Would pair perfectly with osso buco or a bolognese.
