  September 18, 2020 - Dark ruby color with a fragrant bouquet. Plenty of dark fruit, a hint of earthiness, dense and powerful, but very firm and tannic. Needs at least a couple of more years to reach maturity.

  May 17, 2020 - Nez délicat de tabac doux, d'épices à bois...vieille barrique. Un vin souple et harmonieux aux tannins fins et au fruit mature...très délicat. Chaud. Longue finale d'épices et au chocolat noir...touche amère. Je dirais que ce vin est entre deux dans son évolution car son fruit est fin et discret avec des arômes tertiaires qui se manifestent légèrement. Boire ou attendre selon votre goût. 91+

  January 11, 2020 - A big, ripe style with dark cherry notes and some high note herbs and showing a pleasing cocoa nib on the finish depending on which food I was having it with. This is about as ripe as I would want and in fact it's a bit too ripe and heavy for my taste, but a very nice wine and a good aged Brunello deal under 50 USD. This is a wine to pair with steak or other grilled meats or otherwise hearty, deep dishes.
