Community Tasting Notes 1

September 23, 2020 - Screwcap, 11.5% alc. Whole capsule came off with screwcap. Very youthful light gold with green hue.

Intense and piercing nose of sulphur and lime.

Zingy palate. Very firm acidity; ascorbic acid. Lemon, lime, and grapefruit. Bath salts, white flowers.

Opinion: Hard going. A wine for masochists at the moment. At 8 years, still so youthful. Softens after a week open. Give it more time.
