Community Tasting Notes 3

February 5, 2017 - Medium garnet. The nose displays medium+ intensity aromas of ripe dark plums, ripe cherries, violets, clove, cedar and lactic notes.

It is dry in the mouth with a medium+ acidity. It has medium- soft tannins and a high alcohol. It has a medium body and pronounced intensity flavours. The finish is long.

It is an outstanding quality wine. It has a persistent finish and its generous concentrated flavours are in balance with the alcohol supported by the freshness provided by the acidity. It also shows complexity provided by oak ageing and floral notes.
