  July 27, 2015 - The winemakers' claim that this is a rosé capable of aging well in the bottle is legit. This is a nicely structured wine that, even though it's a very pale salmon color, it's got weight and depth more like a red wine than the usual rosé. Stone fruit and tangerine with peach pit minerality, finishing with a definitely savory character. Very enjoyable.

  April 27, 2014 - Light salmon color. Watermelon, rose and white peach on the nose. Medium body with a nice balance of fruit and mineral. Round and elegant, finishes with a nice spine of acidity.

  February 21, 2014 - I had my second bottle with a leftover chicken, rice and green bean casserole on 2/21/14. It had a focused and expressive bouquet of strawberry, tangerine, mineral and herb aromas. The palate was clean, crisp and dry with flavors of strawberry, cherry, tangerine, mineral and spice. 89+

  November 28, 2013 - Consistent with previous bottles. Light and refreshing and a very nice starter on Thanksgiving.
