  April 15, 2015 - Rich, golden yellow. Nose and taste dominated by oak barrel fermentation, yet chardonnay fruit comes thru. Like so many California Chardonnays, the winemaking choices — in this case the intense oak — dominate what the vineyard offers. Hard to tell what the future portends.

  July 13, 2014 - Dark golden yellow. Some light citrus aromas, but dominated by oak. Flavors of butter, carmel and blended citrus, in that order. If you like buttery chardonnay, here's your wine!

  April 10, 2014 - Not much nose. Ripe apple and pear, vanilla, a little spice, creamy texture, medium weight and a tart finish. One of the better Chardonnay's that I have tasted at this price point.
