November 5, 2021 - showing some age in the color but drinks with very pure fruit of golden apple.

July 31, 2015 - Served chilled with Fried Chicken for picnic in park. My first taste of Chasseles. Not much of a nose. Seemed slightly oxidized, which i like. Perhaps some apple, salted butter. Lightweight at 11.5% alc, seems midweight on palate but finished light. Nice but not distinctive: Would rate an 86.

June 24, 2015 - Loved this wine. Sorry to see the bottle run dry. Full of interesting and unusual flavors, with no artifice. It would go nicely with many things, but in our case it was barbequed chicken. Terrific. Worth seeking out for a change from the usual.

September 22, 2014 - big bright flowers, herbs, candy peaches. Waxy and oily. Enjoyed the last glass more than the first but needs some time.
