    April 13, 2023 - Showing beautifully.

October 28, 2022 - Orange peel, spice, wild flowers, red fruit and brown sugar on the nose and palate. Palate is so expressive and seamless, and surprisingly feminine with delicacy. Drinking fantastically well with just pop and pour. 93-94

October 8, 2022 - Brought by a very generous friend to a seven course feast out with several other wines enjoyed. This was in a great place with red fruit, blood iron, great impact yet very poised and balanced. Huge length and palate persistence. 95+

December 1, 2021 - A pretty wine with a dark side. Nice depth of flavors with good level of dark fruits and good pep with some black spices. Has a sense of power over nuance although with elements of some age. A good drinker and classic Bonnes Mares. Drink or hold. Grand cru quality shines though.

October 31, 2020 - Excellent showing and well into the drinking window as shows relatively mature tertiary qualities. Dark savory spices throughout with elements of earthy dried black fruits with serious persistency. Classic dark brooding Bonnes Mare qualities throughout. A wine more for experienced classic Burgundy fans versus the casual wine lover as fruit is not the primary feature.
