  November 27, 2023 - Dark opaque-purple in color. Fresh crushed blackberries and blueberries on the nose with a light herbal note underneath. Entry is lush and fruity with beautiful dark fruit notes. Mid-palate is well-balanced with good acidity and sweetness. Long finish. Exceptionally approachable Port and really reflects a lot of the quality of the 2011 vintage.

  July 22, 2022 - White Ports & A New Producer (Seattle, Washington): Bottled in 2015. Dark, almost opaque purple-black in color. There are violets, dark fruit, herbs, and some light mint on the nose. Rich, intense, fresh crushed blackberry on the well-structured mid-palate. Some red currant and bright red fruits appear on the nice, long finish.

  October 27, 2019 - Lovely LBV. Cassis, dark fruit, cinnamon bark, and mulling spices on the inviting nose. The palate is somewhat tight and compact, very structured, with a strident cut and a crushed rock, mineral-driven finish. Excellent.
