July 16, 2019 - Consistent with prior note. Wish I had more of this vintage as it’s drinking beautifully right now.

November 27, 2018 - No signs of reduction here anymore. Drinking very well and basically echt-Lapierre at this point, showing fruit/spice, good acidity and impeccable balance on the palate. Super versatile with food.

January 30, 2016 - Still mainly youthful, not reductive, clean and just a bit unexciting on the nose. Mouth-wise still somewhat tight and raw, has structure and should develop more complexity with a couple of years more. Pretty good anyway.

March 16, 2015 - A good but not great bottle. Somewhat muted and tight. Still enjoyable but sadly no fireworks. I've experienced a lot of bottle variation with Lapierre of late.

July 13, 2014 - Exceptionally fresh tasting with some Morgon muscle at the back. Pure red fruits with structure and complexity. Probably will improve in the near term if you can exercise some patience. Special stuff. 91 on night one, 92 on night two.
