August 27, 2023 - bright cherry nose, spice, leather, menthol notes add complexity, continued to open and improve over 2 hours

September 19, 2020 - Back of the cellar surprise! Mild bricking - dried cherry, earthy, herbaceous, smoked game nose. Tannins creating energy, pop (pape!) and vibrancy with cranberry, currant and herbes de provence on palate.
Med-to-longish finish. A good reminder on why I need to drink more CDPs!!

October 18, 2015 - Pale ruby with mild bricking; nose has bright cherry fruit, garrigue, very slight floral, moderate intensity; palate is light bodied, cherry fruit, high alcohol (14.5+%?), fades through the midpalate, slight bitterness; finish is short-medium length. The nose is nice but the palate falls short for now. Drink up; it has declined since I last tried in 2013. 86 for now; last time it improved over 30-60 minutes, so will reassess at that time.
