November 19, 2017 - Not very enjoyable as a pop and pour - dry, herbal, funky - unpleasant; after a few days, the funkiness dissipated, and it was a really nice glass of red wine. Interesting nose, the carmenere notes having become nicely aromatic, like italian cooking herbs; great fruit (but still carmenere), perfect tannins, and a very long bright, almost minty finish. Give it lots of time to open up and let the funk dissipate.

April 19, 2016 - Real solid carmenere, good QPR. Lots of pepper.

January 6, 2016 - Lovely chewy c flavours. A little herbal on finish, long and juicy

August 21, 2014 - A little rough up front. Chewy and tannic . Needs at least an hour in decanter to settle. Once this occurs, quite decent. Their Cab/Carmenere blend is much better and more balanced.
