February 14, 2020 - Stood for a couple of weeks before opening. Color was dark orange. Was originally sour cherries but once it warmed up a bit, there were berries, some leather and the floral notes of a barolo. Palate was also cherries at first but gained some leather, dark choc and spices over time. Slight coconut on finish. Sligtly syrupy but still well balanced. LB MA LT MF
